Stream Cleanup Season Begins
Following Earth Fest, Town Run will host monthly stream cleanups on the second Saturday of each month from June through October.
These cleanups are a hands-on way to help improve water quality, remove invasive species, and protect the habitat that supports wildlife in and around Town Run.
2026 Cleanup Dates
- May 2 – Earth Fest Kickoff (Morgan’s Grove Park)
- June 13
- July 11
- August 8
- September 12
- October 10
What to Expect
Volunteers will work both in and around the stream, removing trash and debris that can harm water quality and wildlife habitat.
Please bring:
- Waders or waterproof boots (if you have them)
- Gloves
- Water and weather-appropriate clothing
Most importantly, bring your energy and willingness to make a difference!
