Come help protect Town Run!
Join Friends of Town Run and members of Asbury United Methodist Church for a hands-on tree planting event. Volunteers will help plant 17 native trees and shrubs, including red maples, river birch, redbud, dogwood, sweetbay magnolia, pin oak, red oak, and witch hazel.
This planting will support local water quality, enhance wildlife habitat, and contribute to the long-term health of the Town Run watershed.
No experience is necessary, Everyone is welcome!
What to Bring:
- Work gloves
- Water,
- Any tools you may have, such as shovels, hard rakes, buckets, digging bars, maddocks, or hammers.
