The Town Run Watershed Group is pleased to announce the Save Our Stream Workshop, offered by the WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) will take place at Morgan’s Grove Park on June 11 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This hands-on workshop is a unique opportunity for community members to learn about stream monitoring and become active participants in preserving our local waterways.
Participants will receive training on how to monitor stream health using various scientific methods. The workshop will cover essential topics such as water quality testing, biological assessments, and habitat evaluations. No prior experience is necessary—just a passion for protecting our streams and rivers.
