Join us this summer for our upcoming Youth Education Days at the Shepherdstown Public Library! These fun, hands-on sessions are designed to connect kids with nature, wildlife, and the importance of protecting our local watershed.

Join us outdoors for hands-on nature games and activities that will get kids moving, learning, and laughing while connecting with West Virginia wildlife!

Featured Activities:

“Turtle Hurdle”
Can you survive life as a turtle in WV? Dodge predators, face real-world challenges, and learn how turtles grow up in our environment.

“Migration Headache”
Fly through the skies in this fun migration challenge! Avoid hazards as you try to reach your seasonal habitat—just like our local waterbirds.

What to Bring:

  • Comfy clothes & shoes – we’ll be active outside!

  • A water bottle – shade & water breaks provided
